While yesterday's quest was information and today's is knowledge, tomorrow's will be intelligence about business innovation and acceleration. Each quest demands an environment unique to itself. I. In the USA:

For Walt Disney Entertainment, we assisted the Senior Vice President of Information Systems to install an change management and control training environment. Consulted on leadership development and education policy. Developed Organization Configuration Management and Change Control process to guide department training and development. Delivered Change Control and Configuration Management Education Handbook. Consulted with senior executives on the implementation of the Change Management Education and Training environment. Facilitated Change Management and Control executive working discussions.

For DHL World Airways, we assisted the Senior VP of Information Systems to develop an project level training program for the Implementation of Executive Support Systems. Led workshop on ESS methodology. Engaged in program evaluation. Conducted training on human factors in office computing. Implemented a training justification process. Introduced training Request-for-Proposal process.

For Pacific Bell, we implemented a Total Quality Training Environment consisting of a quality assurance career development progression program. Supported the development of the automated testing system and Q/A training standard used by SBC, the parent company of Pacific Bell. Delivered training program and installed training productivity guidelines. Delivered Post-Implementation Review Handbook. Evaluated the Pacific Bell/Customer Records Information System Computer Aided Training System. Assessed staff performance and facilitated staff alignment studies. Facilitated CQA certification of department management with the Quality Assurance Institute. Conducted reviews and evaluations of cases, scenarios, and staff selection protocols. Conducted workshop on the design of a technical training environment using Expert Support System. Presented the prototype design of an expert system to manage the procurement of training programs.

For
Digital Consulting Corporation, we presented seminars on the Design of Expert Support Systems.

For City of Tucson, presented leadership development workshop. Installed a train-the-trainer program. Instituted education evaluation program. Conducted Project Management workshop.

For Mindmaker Incorporated, we implemented management development program to assist subsidiaries and delivered IPO training. Delivered management effectivity handbook. Engaged in coaching, conflict resolution, and effectiveness training. Defined the Education-Value Proposition and counseled senior executives on performance.

For Sola Optical, USA, we prepared the Information Services training plan to develop a multicultural work force. Conducted organization diagnosis and engaged in management coaching and employee development. Established training environment for complex organization migration program. Engaged in project team building and delivered Change Management methodology.

For Dell Computers, we assisted the senior manager of eCommerce to facilitate training in eCommerce program development and to clarify Dell's eCommerce strategic vision. For the V.P. of Software Enhancements, we installed an technical management development program and defined executive development program for use by 3Com Chief Information Officer. Engaged in staff coaching and training. Conducted Learning Architecture workshop for senior executives. Mentored the eCommerce Trading Partner negotiating team during discussions with Roadway Logistics. Authored the methodology design handbook. Facilitated roll-out of training program.

For Bush Administration & the Office of the U.S. Secretary of Energy, we consulted on the personnel and management specialized education requirements involved in the migration to a new Information Technology environment intended to manage a proposed nuclear waste repository in Nevada. Consulted on the design of the learning methodology for engaging in an organization assessment and evaluation of knowledge requirements for technical teams.

For Bank of America, we assisted in their most significant technology evaluation program prior to acquisition by Nations Bank. Instituted project staff development program and conducted project management training. Installed project level training and configuration control process. Introduced a train-the-trainer program. Introduced benchmarking policies, standards, and procedures. Defined training functions and responsibilities governing operational evaluation of technology and the implementation configuration management and change control.

For Specialty Brands, we assisted the CEO in the preparation of a strategic vision for corporate operations. Initiated mentor process, introduced the Efficient Consumer Response business process workskills training program. Prepared the Business Continuity Training Program. Initiated Management Effectivity Analysis intervention program. Mentored senior management team in eCommerce management practice. Installed an operational training program. Conducted I/T corporate relations training. Developed training quality assurance guidelines. Trained end-users in organization process design. Trained senior management in the marketing department of principles and processes in eCommerce.

For Matson Navigation, we instituted quality assurance and testing environment. Introduced staff development and training policies, standards, and procedures. Defined development functions and responsibilities governing change control and change management. Established functional and technical workskills training assessment process. Developed and conducted training programs in assessment, testing, benchmarking, program design, and literacy auditing.

For the City of San Francisco, we implemented program level Information Systems training function for city water utilities department. Prepared management development project plan. Installed a project-level training review board. Developed training program to support the department's migration to an enhanced Information Technology environment.

For the California Foundation for Medical Care, we were selected as the vendor of record to evaluate the Information Technology training proposals submitted by all Information Technology vendors.


II. In Europe:

For Technology Transfer, Rome, we presented executive programs, seminars and workshops in Europe, Asia, and the United States.

For I.B.C. London & Amsterdam, we presented seminars in London, Rome, and Amsterdam.

For senior executives of P.Q. Information Group, B.V., Netherlands, we conducted a series of education seminars and training programs in business reorganization and marketing & sales strategies. Installed a Capability Based Learning Environment (CBLE) education approach. Initiated executive development program. Chartered a work skills training process. Conducted Leadership Effectiveness training. Installed a new employee learning environment to improve employee performance.


III. In the Middle East:

For the Royal Saudi Naval Forces, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia & U.S. Departments of Defense and State, we implemented a "turn-key" Saudi Navy Information Systems training program. Installed training program from the ground floor, part of a $370M program involving 700 persons from 15 countries. Consulted to the highest levels of the Saudi and U.S. Governments on the application of emerging development solutions in national programs. Authored five year I/S strategic training and development plan for all Royal Saudi Naval Forces operations.

Led national training program for all I/T operations focusing on hard and soft skills. Initiated end-user training program using the train-the-trainer format. Facilitated instructors and participated in training, education, and development of Saudi nationals and governments officials. Authored the train-the-trainer handbook and guidelines. Directed multinational staff tasked with initial implementation and integration of entire training and development program. Delivered workshops and presentations. Defined Training Development Life Cycle from planning to training, testing and knowledge transfer. Trained 5,000 Saudi nationals. Demanding project. Analyzed management actions, procedures, and techniques to determine multicultural development and training requirements.

For the Minister of Defense and Aviation, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia we wrote training and development plan, identified training equipment, and facilitated organization training and staff training support.


IV. In Asia:

For the Office of the President, Manila, Philippines, collaborated on the development of the five year national Information Technology training plan. Presented workshop on emerging eLearning technologies and training requirements in support of the mission of AFP logistical operations.

For Armed Forces of the Philippines, we assisted the Director of the National Computer Center Office of the President in the design of a turn-key program to support an upgrade of the national Military Logistics System. Led the proposal development effort and authored the program plan. Conducted workshops on the use of emerging technologies in the Third World.

For the Economic Development Foundation of Asia, we conducted workshops in Manila for senior officials to explore the role of emerging technologies in the management of international training and contracting projects.

For the Office of the Director of The Economic Development Foundation of Asia, we consulted on the development of training approach required to support a global economic development network.
